Intensive Workshop Retreats generally take place Friday evening 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Occasionally we hold retreats between Monday and Thursday.
After completing a Workshop Retreat, participants may attend a weekly Journal-Writing Group. This is generally held on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Workshops I and II are offered as retreats as well as 5-week sessions. Each participant of Workshop I meets with the Workshop Facilitator for a 3-month follow-up session to evaluate his or her progress in the journal-writing method. This may be held in a group or individual setting.
Workshops are held with a minimum of 6 participants, and a maximum of 35.

Workshop II (retreat only): $615.00
